How do I care for my new ART BAG?
You new bag is covered in quality clear PVC. You can wipe it clean with a damp cloth and will last well, depending on how often you use it. Of course, no bag lasts forever, and as this is a plastic covered bag, eventually the corners may wear. As the bag is an original acrylic painting it is also best to store it loosely and not let it stay squashed.
Question 2
With the Memory Bags, does the customer supply the photos and how do we get them to you?
It is best if you supply the photos by mail on CD with a high resolution, but photo prints and emails are also OK. Anna can advise on the suitability of photos for the Memory Bag. Generally, great photos make great bags, so try to use photos that you really love, or have some specially taken.
Question 3
I really like a bag that is already sold. Can you make me a similar one?
All bags are originals but another bag can be created in the same theme as the one you have seen. Custom orders like this usually take about 3 weeks to complete, although please let us know if you have a deadline to meet. Of course, the leadup to Christmas is a particularly busy sales time and orders for Christmas should be placed as early as possible. Send Anna an email if you would like to discuss this option.
Question 4
My mum just loves her pet poodle. Can you incorporate a poodle into a bag for her birthday?
I can incorporate almost anything into a custom made bag. Custom orders like this usually take approximately 3 weeks to complete. An alternative is to order a memory bag with a photo of the pet. Send Anna an email if you would like to discuss these options.
Question 5
I am still a bit wary of buying anything over the internet. Is there another option for payment?
This is a secure site. Your details are scrambled whilst in transit and are not stored after use. Paying in this way is really safer than giving your credit card to a waiter! However if you are still concerned, credit card payments over the phone or a personal cheque in the mail will be accepted as alternatives.
Question 6
What are the sizes of the finished bags?
The small, “Freedom” Bag – 28cm wide x 17cm high x 7cm wide base - designed to fit purse, mobile, keys and glasses.
The large “All Day” Bag – 40cm wide x 25cm high x 8cm base - designed to fit A4 documents, diary, and even a couple of nappies.
Bags feature timber, bamboo or plastic handles, or painted, PVC covered shoulder straps.

How can I see your range in person?
