I excel at communicating between business and technical teams to make requirements clear, and leading efforts forward to meet or exceed on-time and on-spec completion. I enjoy taking the chaos and creating clear documentation to direct a smooth path forward.
In addition to the PMP, I hold a CompTIA Project+ Certification and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication.

Project & Change Management Associate
- Support project teams, and planning, implementing, and supporting organizational change management activities as a member of the PMO for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Business System (NBS)
- Provide dedicated PMO Point-of-Contact support to project teams responsible for the successful execution of IT projects using industry software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

Organizational Change Management Specialist
- Supported organizational change management efforts across an established Program Management Office (PMO) which provides governance to a federal O&M program that manages upgrades and improvements to an enterprise financial management system.
- Developed operational and project management tools and materials, such as SOPs, policy documents, templates, checklists, and training to help expand existing infrastructure and mature the organization.

- Led communication and marketing for installation and launch of 2FA to healthcare clients’ user accounts.

Redesigned Website for Global Audience
- Managed redesign of corporate website from dual-language one-continent focused site into 11 microsites spanning 27 language cultures for regional client groups around the world.
